He told us it would be a couple hours so we went home. A couple hours passed and we heard nothing so I called twice and no answer either time. So we went in to get an update. When we got there the worker was standing in the garage watching football on his phone took him about 5 minutes to notice we were standing there. Finally came out and was still watching football on his phone while talking to us. He then told us that our service had been declined (my car had been sitting there all day and we were needing to get home to pueblo). No one called to inform me that my service had been canceled. So now we will have to drive home to pueblo in the dark on a donut tire, adding more time to our trip. Please work on customer service and phone answering skills.
