These guys are awesome!!! I had an idea for my father in laws wake and they helped make it happened. I walked in off the street yesterday with a piece of paper and a thought and left with everything I needed to make that thought a reality. The piece of paper was representative of the length of a cigar that I needed and the thought was to add a special "cigar buffet" table to my father in law's wake/ remembrance at the Golden Spike in East Syracuse, NY (Golden Spike you guys are awesome too) after having everyone scrambling around, especially the owner _ Mike (dude you're awesome!!) i had everything I needed. Great place, informative even when you're interrupting their lunch. GREAT cigar lounge in Syracuse NY. I always wanted to visit this shop finally got the chance to do so today. I was up in Syracuse for an event and had the opportunity to visit. Great selection of all of the finest cigars. Full impressive line of Davidoff Cigars. I was greeted by Mr. ROBERT S. He gave me a tour of the lounge and the history of the place is remarkable!! We went into Rockys to get cigars for me wedding. A nice older man helped us. He was very helpful. We we went up to the register the guy cashing us out was for the lack of better words an asshole. He didn't like the price the guy gave us abs started right argue with him while we were standing there. He could of just explained the price was different to us and handled it way better. While cashing us out he was rude like we had done something wrong. It was a 10 dollar difference we were willing to pay. The other 2 men there were great! read more

Went one Friday! Had a nice davidoff cigar . The staff and people were friendly. Only wish they had a negative air system to pull the smoke from the room . I stopped in this pathetic place sometimes to grab products. Certainly not anymore. I have used my wife's debit card numerous times at this establishment. This prick "Mr authority" at the front desk makes me go to the ATM to take out money and pay a fee. If you're going to have a rule you need to enforce it every time then. Never been to Syracuse before, flew in for a funeral and found Rocky's on Yelp. Such a great, old school, shop. Clean, well maintained humidors. Super friendly, neighborhood feel, but they treated me like I'd grown up there with them. No condescending attempts to sell you the most expensive I get at Vegas and West Coast shops. I gave them my budget and he was on target with great flavor cigars I'd never tried before and in my price range. Can't wait to stop in with more time to relax and enjoy the experience. Highly recommended for people who like cigars, but not the snobbery that sometimes comes with them. read more

Nice local place however the cigars are "hit or miss"! Definitely not a cigar shop you find in major cities. Mediocre quality. The cigars (most, not all) are dry and old. Inspect the cigar wrapper/leave very carefully for cracking and unraveling! I bought cigars in 3 occasions and the leaf was cracked making for a bad cigar stay and loss of smoke. read more
