I went in about a year ago to replace something that I have had for many years. The young man was very helpful, patient and walked me through the various choices. I was extremely happy with my purchase. Recently I lost a small spring and tonight I went in to see if they had a replacement. The other young man was also very personable and helpful -- any other part he had, but not the tiny spring. So, incredibly, he replaced my entire unit -- no charge!!! It really is refreshing to have nice, young, intelligent, knowledgeable and business community-minded entrepreneurs be helpful to customers, as it makes one want to return to do business with them and spread the word (and write good reviews!). Went here after my gas station vapes stopped selling flavors due to the ban. The guy there was super nice and explained to me what my options were without trying to up sell me on products. Tried the disposable's which I liked, but weren't super cost efficient. Came back for a regular vape and the same guy (shoulda asked his name because he's always super helpful), helped me pick out a set up that worked for me (easy set up, minimal leaking, etc). This is a really cool shop! It has everything that you need and more. From vapes, oils, glass, even insense. The products are high quality and the staff is super knowledgeable. My experiences at this store have generally been pretty positive. Yes, the prices are significantly higher than if you were to shop online, but it's more convenient and the staff has made helpful recommendations. My experience yesterday, however, was incredibly negative. I came in to purchase juice and coils. As soon as I walked in, an employee immediately demanded to see my ID without even so much as a "Hello" or "Welcome". It came off as rude to me, but I kept a positive attitude regardless at this point. After I showed him my ID (I'm 21, but to be fair I do look rather young), I asked him if he had a particular flavor in stock and without a beat he said "don't have that" as soon as I finished my sentence in a very confrontational way. His co-worker, who has been friendly and helpful with me in the past told him that I was referring to the flavor of the juice and not the actual title. When I got to the register, I forgot about the coils and told him I needed them as well so he gave me a look like It was incredibly annoying that I was asking him to his job and reluctantly grab the coils. Now here's the icing on the cake, I checked out and told the cashier to have a nice night. As I left I heard him LOUDLY COMPLAIN ABOUT ME. Clearly he didn't realize that not only was the shops door propped open, but I could I see him pointing at me through the window. I'm guessing he didn't realize since it was dark outside and bright inside that I was glaring at him while he pointed at me. I don't know why this employee was hired, he clearly should work somewhere that doesn't involve people. He was condescending, dim, and rude. It's only because of the friendliness of the other staff that I give them 2 stars instead of the 1. I would recommend you go to Sight N Sound near Ogden if you want to deal with friendlier staff and a wider selection. I used to spend over $100 here a month and most likely will not anymore. If my next experience is at all better I'll edit this review, but that particular employee really shouldn't be working in the front. read more

Purchased a ego1 kit from here. About a month later the battery stopped functioning or taking a charge. Took it back to the shop, all they could do was recommend I put it in rice and sell me another one. Chalking it up to faulty electronics, I purchased another one. Two weeks later this battery has failed in the same way. When asked what could be done the sales associate immediately reverted to "No exchanges No refunds No warranty". There is also No sign stating this and No text on the receipt stating this. I have been purchasing juice from them since I moved here, sadly I will not be returning. read more

Avoid at ALL COSTS!! They charge $39.99 for a 650mah joyetech ego-c battery, when the place down the street, and everyone else charges $17-$21. They charge $25.99 for an Innokin iClear30 when everyone else charges $12.99. $11 for a 12ml bottle of ejuice that should cost approx $6. $15 for Kanger EVOD tanks, when they retail everywhere else for $5-$7 They often dont carry consumables like the atomizing coils that ejuice tanks use, so if you burn a coil, you wont be able get a good vape unless you purchase an entire tank. These tanks were designed to be purchased once, and the heating coil replaceable for around $3. I have overheard these guys give completely wrong advice to people that are looking to get into e-ciggs, just to expand an already overpriced sale. I go there only when I am absolutely out of ejuice, or other emergency, otherwise there are too many other places to shop at. The younger sales person has lied consistently to me, and he is pretty good at it, so its a good thing Ive been into vaping for a long while. The new guys/gals are the unlucky ones. read more
