Was quoted $60.99 for this 5 quart full-synthetic oil change, and $5 extra for each quart over 5. My car takes 8 quarts. I comfirmed that was $75.99 for all services. When I came in and once again, verified with the oil technician, I wanted mobil1 full synthetic oil and mobil1 filter, he said ok and took in my car. Next, someone brought me my cabin and gas air filters to try to get me to replace those. I declined, as I already saw them try this with the lady sitting next to me. According to her, they try this every time. I did give them the ok to upgrade to the full service, as he said they would check all the fluids and it was only $10 more. Within a few minutes my car was done and my bill came to $116! Where did this extra $30 come from?! Turns out, I was told the Quaker State full-synthetic price on the phone, even though I discussed mobil1 at length on the phone and verified they had the parts. I paid the exorbitant price and left. When I got home, my husband checked under the car, as he doesn't trust these places to do what you ask, and low and behold, NO mobil1 filter! They had put on some "prime guard" cheap replacement! On further research, these are made by Fram, which are garbage filters. I then called them to complain and they claimed they told me they only carry mobil1 oil and not the filters. This was NEVER communicated on the phone or in person when I turned over my car. No one ever tried to make the misquote or oil filter miscommunication right, just told me I was was wrong and I had to pay the extra for subpar parts and service. I will never be back and will definitely spread the word.

This is the last time at jiffy lube for oil changes. I've tried other locations. Each time, I would get a warning light. And after checking, it would show they put bare minimum. Sometimes less than. They are honestly not a good business.

These people are the absolute worst!! I took my 2013 Lexus 450h to them so that they could change…read morethe spark plugs and change the struts on the front of the car. I spent a total of $2700. Within a couple weeks, the check engine light started coming on. I had someone come out to the house and they told me that cylinder one was misfiring and that it was probably a spark plug that needed to be changed. I explained that the spark plugs had just been changed. They then tested the battery, and since it was the original battery that came with the car and was 12 years old, they suggested I change the battery. So I took the car to Lexus and we had the battery changed. The check engine light kept coming on and off and on and off. I took it back to Lexus who said cylinder one was misfiring and it was a spark plug. So that I wouldn't be charged the $500 to change the spark plug, they suggested I take it back to Clegg and give them the opportunity to fix the problem, since it was still under warranty with them. I took the car back to Clegg on January 29, 2025. I dropped it off at 11:15 AM. I asked them to just change the spark plug. They didn't want to do that and kept telling me that it was something else wrong with the car. Their diagnostics weren't coming up with anything and I told them that two other people had told me it was the spark plug that they changed. I asked him to just go in and change the spark plug again. They kept coming up with excuse after excuse. I finally picked up the car at 5:15 PM. What it turned out was that they did not want to spend the four hours in labor that would take to change the spark plug. So I took it back to Lexus. I had to pay Lexus $478.13 and they wound up tightening a spark plug that they said was loose. I asked Clegg to just pay the money that I spent, and they refused. They keep talking about wanting to work with me and they were just looking out for my best interest. Clearly they weren't. They told me they spoke to Lexus and the people there exonerated them and their work, which is a lie. I called Lexus immediately after I spoke to them and they said they never said anything like that. Clegg was looking out for their own interest and getting away with not honoring their warranty. I'm sure their response to this negative review will be that they've been trying to call me or they would like me to call them to resolve the issue. But it's not getting resolved, so now I have to sue them in small claims court. Spare yourself to trouble. They may be nice, they may be polite, and their prices may be lower than everyone else, but they do not stand behind their work. They certainly do not honor their warranties. I had to take my car somewhere else to get their workmanship fixed. ETA: at 4:14 PM on the day of this review, I got a call from the general manager. His exact words to me were, "I just got off the phone with Lexus and they told me that it was not the spark plug." I then called Lexus, who said they had never spoken with the general manager, but only with Cameron, the manager of the Spanish Fork branch. When I texted the general manager back, he admitted he had never spoken to Lexus, that Cameron did. I'm glad I'm taking notes when they call, because these people clearly like to lie. I did text the general manager that if they paid me the money I was out, I would not be taking them to small claims court, and would delete this review.
