Kendall is a lovely person but unfortunately his business model not only takes advantage of parents but is also a total bait & switch. He makes you think you're getting so much for your money and then you realize it's going to cost you over $400 a PHOTO when all is said and done. No digital prints..just overpriced hard copies of photos which I've never seen or heard other photographers doing. Very unfortunate and frustrating. read more

Kendall Roclord is an amazing photographer. His portraits of our family will always be family treasures. We took a quality portrait of our son and daughter when they were three and 4, and had been planning to do another for years. They are now 27 and 28 and Kendall took an amazing photograph of them in the same basic position, but completely updated. He captured them and their relationship perfectly. We also had him do a family portrait that I can't stop looking at. He is truly talented, conducts a relaxed and fun studio session that results in portraits that truly capture each person and family and aren't stiff or staged. We had a great experience at Roclord Studios. We went there because I won a gift certificate. Yes, I ended up buying more than the reason I went. BUT, Kendall never tries to make you buy anything. He does take a lot of pictures and when you see the artistry of the photos, you want to buy them. In my opinion, each photo we bought is worth every dime. Just an example of how fair he is, he gave us templates to look at the sizes of each photo to take home and see whether we had room for them on our walls. I ordered some. When I got home I called back to reduce the sizes and therefore the price. He immediately refunded the difference. He is pricey but he is an artist. We love our photos. I recommend him. read more
