My life took a major off ramp on February 2021 when I had to undergo a life/death seven hour Heart Valve Replacement, Aneurysm Sleeve surgery and another Heart Procedure on February 2023 which ultimately led to a permanent heart medication free lifestyle based on outstanding medical reports. This was contributed to healthy lifestyle thst became more holistic in 1982 with bumps along the way. This included the ultimate lifestyle change with a daily practice of Ashtanga/Iyengar Yoga practice since 2015. After all the years of yoga practice and heart surgery led to significant skin and sebaceous fat that dosnt go away. that all the exrecise, nutrition won't eliminate. It was then, I knew I had to take drastic action, it didn't take long for me to find Internationally renowned Dr. Rod J. Rohrich/ Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute/DPSI and his Fabulous Medical, Office Team after surgery on site DPSI 4 ROOM HOTEL SUITES called the CLOISTERS. DPSI CLOISTERS RECOVERY HOTEL GETS A FIVE STAR RATING OUT OF FIVE. Ms. Tammy night nurse well she is incredible. Side note: second and third time I had to stay overnight. When Ms. Tammy walk into my room and the first thing she said to me being sarcastically funny and she is a hoot was, " OH, THEY LET YOU BACK IN HERE", (LOL FRANK) MY Humorous Response: OH GOD IS THIS A DREAM OR NIGHTMARE.. MS, Tammy even made sure my eyes stayed moist after my surgery, including staying hydrated, proper timing of my medications. I had no issues tending to my private personal needs. I was able to walk freely Last but NOT LEAST, being single and to maintain my outside privacy with family. I chose this direction, because, I am a content bachelor that maintains a single life due to my intense entrepreneurial life. DPSI has a select hand picked overnight CLASS A PLUS Female nurses that stay in the room in their own private bed for their personal sleeping hygiene. For privacy purpose I will, use only first name Nurse Denise Nurse Betty Since September 2022, I had three Stage Surgergies to remove excess skin, subcantaneous fat from chest, mid section, abdomen, rear side flank. Secondly, in preparation of my Stage Four neck, face, eyes, Forehead. I have been enjoying the other services provided from EpiCenter SkinCarewith Stacy Ward 5th Floor and 6th floor David Wier, APRN,NP for microneedling, IPL/ Intense Pulse Light Therapy to treat wrinkles, age spots, sun damage, freckles, birthmarks, rosacea(becoming ex problem for me due to IPL) My goals are to turn back the clock to represent how I feel inside/ outside spirit, mind, body in September 2024. In my business and personal life, I am super meticulous in every aspect. If I portray myself as one that takes extremely good care of themselves. This creates a since of confidence in others beyond fulfilling the Integrity and Character attributes which are paramount and never for sale for any amount of MAMMON, that you will take care of their business wants, needs and desires within the boundaries of INTEGRITY AND CHARACTER. I would do it all over again but "ONLY" with Dr. Rohrich and his Team. The discomfort, and pain was minimal for me without taking pain pills after 8 hours on average depending on one's personal pain threshold. The investment I have made to myself in these procedures whereby I am still very much the man I began and will end when completed was huge. But, I shared with Dr. Rohrich, we both selected each other as Doctor Patient because I didn't ask him to do the impossible, I was here because of outstanding reputation and results and I didn't provide Dr. Rohrich with a budget. If your on a budget "STOP IMMEDIATELY" don't ever get any type of cosmetic surgery if money is an issue. My experience with Dr Rohrich he is a SURGEON that puts patient first 100% of the time all the time. This is my third since September 2022. If anyone wants to speak to me privately, I can be reached at my email: frankmay683@gmail.com

Dr Rohrich is the absolute best. He's an artist. I had rhinoplasty by him and visit him twice a year for Botox and filler. I would never let anyone else inject my face. He understands the nuances of Botox and filler better than anyone out there. I've heard horror stories from friends, and I've never had an issue up to now. My rhinoplasty was a huge success, and I highly recommend him as a doctor in general. Happy to chat and be a reference: Vicki Adelstein 210-885-0904

2 yrs post-rhinoplasty. Bridge is jagged, crooked jets to right. Bump on bridge projects past tip. Tip too low

I've never left a negative review for anything in my life, but Dr Rohrich butchered my nose. All pictures are +2 years after surgery. The front of my bridge has a strong break point where it jets to the right. From the side, the bridge bump extends as far as my tip. My tip is too wide and low, resembling a disabled person. I know he broke my nose in surgery. I'm not sure why it still looks broken. Right when I got the splint off, Dr Rohrich identified the bump on my bridge and said he could take care of that once I was more healed. He requested to see me about every four months for a follow up. As the swelling went down, we identified more problems [listed above]. Dr Rohrich offered to redo the procedure. He said he could address all 4 issues [crooked nose, bridge bump, tip too wide, tip too low] with "no problem". He said it would be "quick" and "easy" and I would be taking selfies in "2 months". Thinking this would be an easier recovery than my first procedure with him, I scheduled the revision for January. Luckily, I thought to email, directly asking how much time to take off work. This revealed the procedure to be much more intense, taking the same or more amount of time than the primary procedure. I rescheduled for the summer when my work schedule would allow a longer recovery. I then requested a follow-up. I drove 4 hours to get to the follow up. They called and asked if I could come 2 hours earlier than scheduled. I did. When I arrived, they said Dr Rohrich had been pulled into a "last minute" surgery. It could take 6 hours. I decided to leave. On the way home, Dr Rohrich called me. I told him I was scaed to do this surgery without imaging. I have 4 concerns to be corrected in this revision, more concerns I had for my primary. Plus, a revision surgery is much more difficult than a primary. I wanted to ensure we had the same end goal in mind and were both striving for the same results. I didn't want to be one of his "4th nose job!!" girls on TikTok/Instagram. I also wanted to clearly see what it would look like after these changes because my hands are all over my face when I try to do it in the mirror so I can hardly see/know if it's proportional or looks good. Dr Rohrich refused because it would not "guarantee" results. Obviously. Pictures are just pictures, not results. But I needed more than him agreeing with me and saying yes before I walked into another surgery with him and turn out looking who-knows-how. Especially because some trust is lost when your primary surgery is a disappointment. The recovery process is brutal enough as is. It's normal for swelling to go down on one side faster than the other, but this crazy look is amplified when the nose underneath the swelling is crooked and looks broken. I truly feel like he knew any normal person with results like this would rush into a surgery to fix it, motivated by shame and embarrassment. I feel like I was scammed out of $20K. He was careless in my primary to leave my nose crooked, bumpy and jagged. That is not what I paid for and I'm disappointed he would not provide confirmation beyond a verbal "of course" to make sure we were aligned in our end result visions. I would not wish this pain on anyone.

I wanted to update on my post from several months ago on the poor surgical result and experience…read more(lack of reply to my issue) with Dr. Burns. It has now been approximately 8 months and still no reply regarding my issues from Dr. Burns or his office. I have since flown from Indy to Houston Texas and had my belly button revision. This is the first of what will be a two stage correction meaning I will travel again and pay again for a second revision procedure because of how poor my belly button was done initially. My current surgeon is perplexed by what exactly was done in my surgery with Burns. The only thing he can guess is that the incisions were closed with too much tension especially with the lower long scar he possibly took too much skin and had to pull the incision too tight causing the belly button to have constant pulling on my incisions. My long scar initially post op did start opening in a few spots which was told was normal and to put bacitracin on and keep it covered. Now I see this was also probably related to the the incision being closed too tightly. My low incision didn't heal great because of this as I said in my previous post but at least that could be covered with clothing etc. The revision has to be done in two steps since there was zero laxity left from my surgery with Burns. My new surgeon went in from the low incision and excised some of the excess scar tissue and took out the "outer circle incision" and has managed to actually tuck everything in (scar and incision) to be moreso hidden inside the bellybutton as new technique is done versus the antiquated "circle" around the whole outside of the bellybutton that Burns did. My next surgery will be to hopefully make the belly button smaller and tuck everything in further. My new surgeon didn't have the laxity at this point to work with requiring the second surgery I will need. To add my new surgeon who is truly an artist and updated in his techniques also completely revised my low scar and took out the widened areas that was caused my by initial incision being too tight and pulling open. He did this as a courtesy at no charge. After my next revision procedure when things are all healed up I will post before and afters - at this point I am still self conscious about it despite it being so much better that it was with Dr. Burns result. My new lower revised incision looks fantastic however and from week four was thin and you really had to look for it!!! He brought it lower and into my contour more... I really didn't realize how subpar my low incision even was as I was so focused on my poor belly button result. At this point I am out SO much money between my initial travel to Dallas for Dr Burns and two subsequent visits with Dr Burns again traveling from Indianapolis for him to attempt to "fix it." Airfares, hotels rental cars x 3 Dallas trips. My initial request was asking Dr Burns to refund my tummy tuck fee portion of my initial surgery cost which went unanswered. With all of my other expenses and now my revision procedures x 2 and subsequent travel across the US I have/am spending a fortune to fix Dr Burns poor work. What I asked of Dr Burns was a small small amount in the big scheme of things. The fact that I have still not received any reply to my initial emails and request speaks volumes to me about Dr Burns and his true charachter. Like I said prior these people will seem over the top friendly and caring, and Dr Burns will email you and respond to your emails personally until you have a problem or concern and then it will fall upon deaf ears and you will not get a reply. If you are seeking a surgeon once again I would advise you to keep looking. I found Dr Burns on TikTok and truly wished I didn't fall for the cutesy comedy videos and fake persona that they/he portrays - I wish I would have went with someone who was spending their free time updating their outdated techniques. Someone who is more focused on my surgery than perhaps rushing through it to go make the next TikTok video. I will keep sharing my result and experience on this platform and others in hopes that it helps others. Dr Burns has recently renovated his fancy office and practice suite yet could not have the decency to refund a very small nominal amount of money for his mistake. That tells me all I need to know about who he truly is as a person and what his priorities are.

And the girl was rather rude when she did finally come out because by that time the office was closed. Even the receptionist left before anyone came out... During the wait time I discovered the doctor I was seeing was basically finishing his training. Uh no.. I expected to see an experienced surgeon. I'm really mad I wasn't told this prior to making an appointment and paying. I would've never made the appointment. I searched for the doctor trainee and I couldn't find any reviews or before and after photos of anything he's ever done. Sorry not going to be someone's practice dummy. I am highly pissed I took off work early drove to the other side of town for nothing. And now that it's after 5pm I get to battle traffic for 45 mins to get home.

I did not have anyone to provide referrals for services I may need, and I was considering having a lower face and neck lift. Fortunately, I am an internet sleuth and did massive amounts of research, so you don't have to. Aside from the fact that he is the top plastic surgeon in Dallas, his client reviews are also glowing. What stood out to me was how every review cited how much time he spends with you, whether it's a consultation or follow-up visit, etc. Even with this knowledge, I was still amazed by how very true those statements were. The night before my surgery, I had last-minute changes to my post-op care. He and his staff jumped through hoops to resolve MY issue. You will NEVER experience this with another doctor, nor their staff. He has a bedside manner that most do not, and he understands the importance of his name on his work. Anyone I encounter is shocked at how amazing I look since my surgery. Other places I go, for basic beauty/maintenance services (hair, nails, pilates), are beside themselves as they have seen their fair share of clients who have had plastic surgery, and they tell me that my results are the best they've ever seen. I told Dr Meade's office that not only did they make the entire process easy, but it was often enjoyable. I always look forward to my appointments. I wish I were on here to leave a five star review, but that's not the case…read more My experience post surgery has been an emotional roller coaster to say the least. I had been researching surgeons and booked consults with three different doctors. Two were referrals and Dr. Schwartz I found on my own. Consultation day was wonderful. Everyone at RS Plastics did an excellent job in making me feel comfortable and confident about booking with Dr. Schwartz. I originally went in requesting a tummy tuck and breast lift/reduction. After about 30 minutes of conversation, Dr. Schwartz had me convinced I could reduce my breast size without a lift to achieve my desired results. I wasn't at all concerned about the scarring, but thought if I could reduce my size to a C with a less invasive surgery that was the way to go. Surgery day came and went and I waited a full 8 months hoping my results would somehow change as I continued to heal. They did not. I am still in the same bra size with more sag than before. My right breast now comes to a rounded point and is noticeably lower than the left. The scarring around my belly button and mid tuck has left me feeling more insecure than ever. I voiced my concerns to Dr. Schwartz and was told if I were to do a lift and reduction in size my breasts would be concave. He also told me since I wanted to avoid scarring I couldn't go any smaller. As I mentioned earlier, I originally went in wanting a lift and had no concerns about scarring. As far as my belly button, he said he had no control over how I healed. His solution was to schedule another procedure for a breast lift, he'd wave the surgeon fee and attempt to comp the implant. Another surgery would cost thousands and I had already invested thousands trusting in the outcome. I left the office feeling angry and disappointed. I have decided not to return to Dr. Schwartz for another procedure. I have consulted with another surgeon who assured me my breasts in no way would be concave. Unfortunately, I'm left with the bellybutton and uneven scarring from my tummy tuck. They will fade over time and I can hopefully reduce the raised scarring. After having three children and saving up for a procedure that was supposed to give me my confidence back, saying I'm disappointed would be a HUGE understatement. I contemplated what to write so many times. I hope this review helps guide other women in their search to find the right surgeon. All I can do is be honest about my experience and allow others to do with it what they will. I will attach photos of my tummy tuck results.

I have just left Robert Schwartz's office today for a final look at my lumpy, bumpy, saggy…read moreliposuction results. It has been almost 1 year since I had liposuction with him in April 2022. In addition, I have gained 20 pounds since April 2022. I definitely DO NOT recommend liposuction at this office and/or liposuction at all! My background: 5'4, 130 pounds (now 150), 52 year old female who has exercised my entire life. During menopause I had started to gain weight on my upper body and the weight had been increasingly difficult to lose. Needless to say, I had become increasingly unhappy with the way I looked. Despite healthy eating and exercise, weight loss was still a battle, so I turned to liposuction which was a big mistake. I held off writing this review until I spoke to him today. His offer to correct the ugly results was either more liposuction and/or a tummy tuck. Oh, and a "free of charge" 1 hour consultation, which would require me to take additional time off of work. I do not know the additional costs of his proposed corrections because I have not sat down for the free consultation. In speaking with him today I got the sense that he thought it was my fault I looked so bad because I gained weight. In my opinion, if I had not had the liposuction, even @ 150pounds, I would still not look THIS bad. The procedure added an additional ugly element that was not there before, regardless of my weight. The way Robert Schwartz and his office handled an unhappy customer was very poor as well. Prior to today's visit I waited and waited to see him for approximately 1 hour only to be told he had some emergency (probably avoiding me). I had to leave, I have a job. Today I waited at least 45 minutes only to be told I would have to come back for an hour consultation. After spending 15,000 on the surgery, paying for an overnight nurse for post surgery assistance, going through uncomfortable recovery time and ending up with TERRIBLE results ...leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. That's my story, buyer beware. I will post some ugly photo's soon.
