What doctor's office asks you to not say anything in an nda? I saw 2 other doctors before him and both of them were arrogant. I felt super comfortable with Dr. Rohrich and my nurse, Jennifer. I've never left a negative review for anything in my life, but Dr Rohrich butchered my nose. All pictures are +2 years after surgery. The front of my bridge has a strong break point where it jets to the right. From the side, the bridge bump extends as far as my tip. My tip is too wide and low, resembling a disabled person. I know he broke my nose in surgery. I'm not sure why it still looks broken. Right when I got the splint off, Dr Rohrich identified the bump on my bridge and said he could take care of that once I was more healed. He requested to see me about every four months for a follow up. As the swelling went down, we identified more problems [listed above]. Dr Rohrich offered to redo the procedure. He said he could address all 4 issues [crooked nose, bridge bump, tip too wide, tip too low] with "no problem". He said it would be "quick" and "easy" and I would be taking selfies in "2 months". Thinking this would be an easier recovery than my first procedure with him, I scheduled the revision for January. Luckily, I thought to email, directly asking how much time to take off work. This revealed the procedure to be much more intense, taking the same or more amount of time than the primary procedure. I rescheduled for the summer when my work schedule would allow a longer recovery. I then requested a follow-up. I drove 4 hours to get to the follow up. They called and asked if I could come 2 hours earlier than scheduled. I did. When I arrived, they said Dr Rohrich had been pulled into a "last minute" surgery. It could take 6 hours. I decided to leave. On the way home, Dr Rohrich called me. I told him I was scaed to do this surgery without imaging. I have 4 concerns to be corrected in this revision, more concerns I had for my primary. Plus, a revision surgery is much more difficult than a primary. I wanted to ensure we had the same end goal in mind and were both striving for the same results. I didn't want to be one of his "4th nose job!!" girls on TikTok/Instagram. I also wanted to clearly see what it would look like after these changes because my hands are all over my face when I try to do it in the mirror so I can hardly see/know if it's proportional or looks good. Dr Rohrich refused because it would not "guarantee" results. Obviously. Pictures are just pictures, not results. But I needed more than him agreeing with me and saying yes before I walked into another surgery with him and turn out looking who-knows-how. Especially because some trust is lost when your primary surgery is a disappointment. The recovery process is brutal enough as is. It's normal for swelling to go down on one side faster than the other, but this crazy look is amplified when the nose underneath the swelling is crooked and looks broken. I truly feel like he knew any normal person with results like this would rush into a surgery to fix it, motivated by shame and embarrassment. I feel like I was scammed out of $20K. He was careless in my primary to leave my nose crooked, bumpy and jagged. That is not what I paid for and I'm disappointed he would not provide confirmation beyond a verbal "of course" to make sure we were aligned in our end result visions. I received revision rhinoplasty surgery from Dr. Rohrich on the 27th of Feb. My primary reason for the surgery was to correct my breathing and help reduce my frequent sinus infections. Before the surgery, I discussed clearly with him my three main concerns. First, there was cartilage showing at the top of my nose. Second, my deviated septum was impacting my breathing. And third, my nostrils were uneven. Additionally, before the surgery I made it clear to him I didn't mind if he made the nose bigger if it helped my ability to breathe. Without my consent, he performed an alarplasty on the sides of my nose. I could tell my nostrils were smaller and my nose more narrow post-surgery, so I set up time with him to discuss the results. Post-operation, he told me he removed three millimeters of skin on one nostril and four millimeters on the other side. The result is my nose now has no flare, it's narrower on my face and the breathing holes are actually smaller. Throughout the post-op call, he maintained he did nothing wrong and refused to acknowledge that he had made changes he did not discuss with me beforehand. He claims the removal of skin on both sides was to balance the nostrils, but a balancing would require removal from the larger nostril, not skin removal from both. I believe this mistake was made because my surgery was rushed. I do not doubt Dr. Rohrich's skills, but I feel time has not been kind to him in the operating room and he takes for granted the need to be professional with his clients. This alarplasty cannot be reversed and now I have to pay the consequences for his carelessness. I'm writing this review to help anyone else who may be thinking of using Dr. Rohrich. He's undoubtedly experienced, but proceed with caution. read more

I went to see Dr. Rohrich to have a facelift. I told him I didnt want any fat injected into my face because I felt my cheeks were already too chubby. What did he do? He injected fat all over my face! The fat that was injected didn't take and caused a necrosis on my cheeks which in turn caused horrible scarring! When I asked him how he could remove the fat he told me there was nothing he could do. Now, 2 years later, I found out that he could have done things to remove the fat, but he didnt because that would involve him admitting that he made a mistake. He also injected fat in my ear lobes! My ear lobes were nice and tight and now they are fat and droopy! Now, other Doctors tell me that it's too late to revise the scarring. That the scars are too imbedded. If Dr. Rohrich had done something right away, I might not have these scars. (Or if he had just done the procedure that I asked for with no fat injections!) Now I'm left with a fat, scarred face! Ever since I was a teenager I looked at before and after photos of rhinoplasty in hopes that one day I would be able to have it done. I put it off for years because I never found a doctor that I trusted who would be able to provide beautiful, natural results. His big thing is "tell me three things that you want out of this surgery" - I told him 1. breathe better (I had a deviated septum) 2. More symmetrical 3. More feminine. The doctor didn't even told me he is not going to give me an appointment because I need release from my doctor. He told his assistant to tell me that. To preface with some background info-- I am a 25 year old, African American female, who has spent countless months looking for a surgeon to correct my severe saddle deformity. For the last 16 years, I went through life without a nose bridge, due to a cartilage collapse from my first surgery (reconstructive surgery to correct a birth deformity). As a result, not only has my aesthetic appearance been affected, but my breathing functionality as well. Fast forward, I finally obtained the financial means and the mental readiness to undergo a second rhinoplasty. I was determined to find someone that not only specialized in complex revisions like mine, but more importantly, ethnic rhinoplasty, as I still wanted to preserve my African American features. I had Dr. Rorich perform rhinoplasty to take care of a deviated septum and make cosmetic changes. He did so beautifully. The day of my surgery was made easy by him and his team. He provided a second consultation with me and my husband who would be caring for me after the surgery to calm everyone. The hospital process was a breeze and over before I knew it. I couldn't be happier with my choice to use Dr. Rohrich, After multiple consultations with other "top doctors" I found him, he is an amazing surgeon to say the least! He is an awesome person you will feel right at home and know you are in the most qualified hands with him, my surgery was the easier than I ever imagined I rested one day and was up and going the next after my breast augmentation. Dr Rohrich is my hero. I have had several surgeries with him . The decision to venture out of South Florida where we have a huge amount of cosmetic and plastic surgeons on every corner was well thought and planned. In my journey, I visited with top revision rhino specialists in our area who all told me to find a revision specialist and his name kept coming up. I was nervous to go out of state but once I met with him, my fears were alleviated. He did a fabulous job on my previously operated nose as well as fat grafting, and many other procedures. I love looking at my face and nose. He is so magical in so many arenas. He is always there for you and texts or calls you back right away and has even met me after hours to look at my leg when I thought something might be wrong. Do not let this man near your pretty face! He MAY have been good at some point, but time has not been kind to his skills. He made a mess of my eyes - I had to pay a second surgeon to repair the damage. His bloated ego gets in the way of good judgment. I had my Rhinoplasty and Breast Augmentation a week ago, I am so happy with both results I breathe like never before, DR Rohrich is such an Artist, talented and he knows what he's doing. I recommend him to any one as he looks for fixing the nose function along with a natural look that goes with your face and ethnicity.
