Mortar was not properly tooled. It has cracks and lots of beehive holes. Walls were not brushed or cleaned - splashed with mortar and grout. Bricks out of alignment. Did not finish project. Used less than half ize bricks which was not allowed per code or specs. Inspector rated job an F. Poor attitude as well. Beware! read more
