The bathrooms are right out of a dirty gas station.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at! The room was filthy, especially the floors. The door malfunctioned, and the TV didn't work. Housekeeping tried to mask the filth of the room by saturating it with air freshiner--nice try. Stephanie, the hotel manager, is a real piece of work. Everything wrong with this hotel is a direct reflection of Stephanie. She is a nasty woman with a nasty disposition. She treats the guests like second-class citizens; she is argumentative; she is lazy, and she does not learn from her mistakes.

This place was once a beautiful motel, not so much now. We have stayed here 4 times in the past month. The manager is never helpful - when I say manager, he is the only one working in office or front desk, perhaps it rxplains why the office is closed and loccked at most times. This trip was booked through the Choice ap, as are all my stays. I reserved a king size bed poolside. Paid $14 a night more for that room. Got here and the man said that he didn't have my room. Ask if I would take two double beds instead of the king, and not poolside. What choice did I have I said yes. I guess I just assumed that he would refund the difference. He sid no, And then shouted at me for asking. Travelers work hard two obtain the top status in the rewards programs. There are certain parks that are promised. In 4 Stays here, they have ignored everything that we worked hard to be entitled to. So I just found this man out fixing something in a room and I asked him about the charges. He said I agreed to the lesser realm so that's what I get. I didn't ask him if we could at least get a toilet that worked. He shouted at me and walked away. One entire side of the motel is clearly housing for monthly tenants, The activity in the parking lot, noise at night, and other things coming from these rooms does not create a great experience There are other hotels, there is a reason this one is the cheapest in the area. Choose a different motel!!!

The worst ever, do not I repeat do not let the photos fool you, sheets dirty, towels dirty, black mold in the bathroom, floors dirty, walls were nasty as well as light fixtures. Asked for housekeeping to come change bedding, no one showed up asked for towels had hard time getting them, pool green would not go swimming, people live here as well. So disappointed

This is how dirty the floor was.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. Even the man in charge stinks. My "Non-Smoking Room" smelled like cigarette and even one of the blankets had a hole of a cigarette burn. My little baby got her feet turned black with the dirt in the rug. Blood stains on the pillow, ice bucket filthy dirty, you can't even see yourself in the mirrors because of they were not clean. In general the worst hotel ever. Don't fall for their lovely pictures, this is for real the place stinks.

This place barely deserves the star I'm giving it. The room smells overwhelmingly of air freshener. The door has no chain lock or deadbolt and the inside of the door lock is covered in duct tape. The tv in my room didn't work. And when the guy came to fix it, he let my dog out of the room. And he made no move to help me get her, another guest did. You can't hear the person on the phone when you call the front desk. And the shower curtain is basically falling off. There are a bunch of people partying in the rooms next to me and bicycles parked all over the sidewalk. I will never again book a room at a choice hotel. This is the second time I've been burned by one. I will definitely be calling Choice to let them know how horrendous this hotel is. Not even worth the $66 I paid.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This place is dirty. Don't let the pictures on their website fool you. My sister and I rented a room for 5 days. We lasted barely 1 night. The minute you walk in the smell of dirty rug slaps you in the face. The kitchen area floor was so dirty my shoes were sliding. The washroom sink had hair (not ours) the tub was dirty and there were roaches. I called and complained and the front desk guy asked if we wanted another room. NO. We told him we were leaving. We had a toddler with us. There was no way we would stay there. The next day we left to another hotel @ almost 6am. We didn't check out yet because we had some belongings in the room. After getting a shower and some food, we returned to retrieve the rest of our items at 10am. Check was at 11am. Guess what? Cleaning lady was there not caring that we still had items in the room. Not her fault, front desk guy told her to clean it.

Do not recommend to anyone. The maids don't speak English and the staff is rude. The rooms are also very nasty.

Having stayed here before this hotel is usually a good experience. Given that it's off 19 and almost to Holiday you can get the expected guests on occasion, but usually we have the place mostly to ourselves. The pool area is also pretty large and relatively clean - though as it gets later people tend to leave all of their stuff out there. Unfortunately, this visit was not a good one. The hotel was higher priced than normal and completely booked for a wedding. After hours and hours of waiting to see if the noise would die down, it didn't. We asked people gathering right outside of our door if they would please keep it down as the kids were trying to go to bed...that lasted about 2 minutes. This continued on well after midnight and the front desk said they would come ask the people to congregate somewhere else, but that never happened either. Being a light sleeper there was no way I was going to be able to sleep and left around 2 am with people still partying outside of our door, and throughout the hotel it appeared. As I said, this is not the norm and was unfortunate.

I looked down and saw black bugs all over my socks and jumped up and ran to the bathroom. My sister also yelled from the room and said she had them on her socks too. The room was infested with fleas! They were biting our ankles and we hadn't been in the room longer than 10 minutes. We immediately grabbed our things and went to the front desk. The staff acted aloof and we never received an apology. They cancelled our room because we said we wanted to go elsewhere. Nothing else was offered to us for our trouble and we left feeling very upset. Don't go here unless you like sleeping with bugs. Gross.

Nancy scored us a great rate of $115 per night, even while the Fairfield Inn was at full occupancy. The Fairfield Inn is well maintained, and the staff was all friendly. Covid-19 measures are in place, and the Fairfield Inn provides multiple sanitizer dispensers throughout common areas. There is a small guest gym and pool available for use; however, access is limited due to capacity restrictions and Covid-19 safeguards. The Fairfield Inn provides complimentary breakfast daily and a 24/7 coffee station which is a great way to save a few bucks while on vacation. Our room was clean; and included a Queen size bed, a living room with extra seating, a small desk with an adjustable chair, and two smart TVs. We encountered a few issues during our stay, but they would not prevent me from returning in the future. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and staying in the area.

But enough about the net, since it's not a telecom place. The Days Inn located right off US 19 looks like your typical touristy road hotel, but there are a few extra comforts I was pleasantly surprised by, especially after my Hillsdale stay in San Fran a few months back. For example, a pool and outdoor hot tub (with room for 2:) The kiddies have a swing set - and yes it's a great way to decompress after meetings! The AC is freezing cold and the bathroom is spacious - almost the width of the room. My king size bed was deliciously comfortable with a firm mattress. Although there's no restaurant as part of the property, it's centrally located with a bunch of restaurants about a 5 minute drive. Free continental breakfast is included in the fee, and I'm tempted to take away a half star because they didn't have waffles. I suppose they could add a waffle iron and do the make-your-own-waffle mix I've enjoyed at other business hotels. However, the friendly service and convenient location to my meeting site round it up to 5 stars. I will be back!

I was pleasantly surprised by this Days Inn location. At check-in, the gentleman at the desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is in a prime location, not far from restaurants, shops and attractions. On premises, there is a pool, a hot tub and a sauna/steam room. I didn't expect these considering the price for a Saturday night stay during spring break. Very impressive. Parking was also very convenient, as I didn't have to walk far to my room. Even breakfast was full of a variety of options. The only two minor downsides would be the lack of a refrigerator in the room and the fact that the carpet in the room was old/worn. Otherwise, no major issues and I would highly recommend staying here!
