For a year I have been trying to get clear cut…read moreinformation on my term life insurance policy I took out years ago to cover my children when they were little this was around 1984. Now, 2019, I am told that the cash value is $83.00. I am told I cannot convert the policy to whole life under $50,000. I am 62 years old a whole life policy would be so expensive at $50,000. I was sent paperwork to sign that was not filled in, who signs any paperwork that is not filled in. I was told I would get a return call I did not receive. I finally after a year called the 800 number for Security Mutual Insurance and canceled the policy. I just feel I was ill-informed at the age of 26 to cover my children if I should pass away as a single parent. If I had known more about this life insurance I would have never agreed to a policy. Feehan Agency did not help or guide a 26-year-old woman in need of protecting her children in the event of her death. Nora F 11-20-2019

My confirmation e-mail from State Farm had Ash's info included. I gave Ash a call. He answered my question and suggested I bundle my coverage by adding homeowner's insurance. Ash quoted me a price, considerably less than what I am currently paying and suggested I stop by the office to discuss further. I stopped by, no appointment, sat down with Ash and while he set up my homeowner's policy online we talked and I was impressed by what a pleasant guy he is and what a pleasure it was getting to know him a bit. If you are looking for insurance I recommend calling Ash. Excellent customer service and a heck of a nice guy.
