These guys were lifesavers!! I had visitors who were on a tight time limit to print some tickets for onward travel. We trekked around Madrid on a Saturday morning for two hours, knocking on the door of countless print shops, of which all were shut. Finally, we stumbled upon this store. Inside we went, and for the princely sum of 40 cents, our crisis was averted!! You can't see the office from the street, and the door to Plaza Puerta del Sol is a bit nondescript. But look for building number four, head inside and up to the third floor, and you'll find it. It's a busy shop (perhaps owing to the fact that every other Madrid print shop is shut on Saturdays!), which does black and white and color prints, photocopies etc. They were able to understand my questionable Spanish and to load the documents from a USB memory stick. Definitely recommended! read more
