Not to mention the laughter I received from a worker named Rosie through the phone, about the news that their agency will not work with me because I'm considered a bad driver. That was very unprofessional of her to have done so. Through a rear end collision, where I was not at fault but claimed to be through these guys receiving a point on my driving record, I had used my un/underinsured motorist coverage I'm pretty sure the payout upset them. Keep in mind this was not at all my fault. THEY reported me as a bad driver and gave me points on my record so now I will be disputing this through dmv. Idk if it's potentially the entire agency or just Rosie but they are ridiculous.
