The atmosphere here is very inviting, the staff are so lovely, helpful and patient. More on that almond croissant though... so many fluffy flaky layers with a ton of almonds on top. This beats as all the other croissants I've had, as the others have have come with only have a couple almonds sprinkled here and there. I came here again the next day and had every intention of trying other pastries but just couldn't and had to have another Almond Croissant, they are soooo delicious! I do recommend following their Instagram page to keep up to date on different flavors and different pastries they are crafting throughout the year! I've also heard very positive things about the hot meat pies. Their style is continental and they really do have a traditional honesty goodness. You can taste it. The three little bakers (and Bert) offer sweet baked goods, slices, hot pies and pasties, fresh baked bread plus a fresh sandwich bar. Oh and good coffee.
