Absolutely horrible! Roe only deals with Travelers and you cannot make changes to your policy unless you speak to an agent at Roe. Impossible to speak to someone at Travelers. Keep in mind Roe is only open from 9am to 5pm monday through friday and most people work and cannot speak to their insurance agency during the day. In addition I made changes to my policy finally and they wanted to over charge me, finally came to an agreement and never sent a bill to the right location, and they were suppose to write a completely new policy. Now I am receiving cancellation notices because they did not roll over direct payment from my checking account. They can pay for everything I am done with these people! read more
