Our only complaint is the price. The last few times we had our main line snaked out through other companies, it cost us around $100 - $150. Emergency Rooter charged us $395.00. We should have gotten a quote beforehand, but we wanted to try them since they were so close to our property. Service was fine, but $395 for 35 minutes of work seems excessive.
