I texted again at 8:00 PM and asked what time I should expect them on Thursday and again, heard nothing. I called twice Thursday morning; in addition to texting, and still heard nothing. I would not recommend them to anyone. They had ample time to reach out and explain they were held up at another job, etc. and they did nothing. Extremely unprofessional.

Koteles starting mowing my very small piece of property over a year ago and initially thrilled with Tyler's attention to doing a good job. But in the last few months as his business grew the care of my grass suffered. Patches of grass missed with areas not cut at all, no clean up and if you needed a small bush trimmed. Sorry your on your own. If your looking for a lawn service that will love your grass Koteles Lawn Service isn't for you.
