We loaded up on some goodies to bring home, and one of the things that survived our flight was a bottle of El Yucateco Chile Habanero hot sauce. I've been using it for months, and it's lasted so long because just a tiny drop packs enough heat to make a big impact. Seriously, this should have been packaged with an eye dropper. The hot sauce was made in Mexico and imported into the U.S. by Padilla Sales of Eagle Pass, Texas. They import a slew of specialty food products under a few different brands aimed at the Hispanic market. My advice is this... if you like Mexican and/or Hispanic foods and you happen to see something under the El Yucateco umbrella of foods -go scoop it up immediately. They have seven or so Habanero and Marisquera pepper sauces. And with the holidays coming up, they have gift packs on their website for the pepper-heads on your gift list. I love my Chile Habenero hot sauce, by far the best to ever set my mouth on fire.
