His understanding in the law. 3. His hourly rate. First of all, he was 30 minutes late on our scheduled appointment. During our meeting which I paid, half the time he was on the phone with other businesses for his investment opportunities. He rudely cut me off in a middle of a conversation to answer his phone and continued on at least 5 minutes with his partners. Then there were other frequent calls he kept answering. Then his character flaw: He is cocky and arrogant. He kept bragging about himself. (I don't care where you graduated nor do I care that you are an engineer.
