Was switched from Mr. Hanby (due to retirement) to another accountant. Wasn't impressed with them in 2023 and are definitely not impressed and will not use again after 2024! We went from getting back $$$$ in prior years to paying $$$ in 2023 and paying over $$$$ in 2024 with minor changes to income and family situation. Mailed them our taxes in early March and didn't process them until April 14th. Hardly any communication at all! The staff accountant told me the accountant would contact me to discuss this year's taxes, but haven't heard from them except for receiving the bill..... Poor service, poor communication!! We are refiling our taxes with an accountant that will take time to review our documents and get to know us and our situation. read more
