We initially communicated via email and he got back to me and told me to drop my income tax info at the office and he would take care of it. I never heard from him after that .. ever. I inquired about how to pay, if my taxes were even done and nothing. I called and spoke with the receptionist after a month and she said he needed more documentation and he hadn't been sent in, so I gave him that. Then I was emailing him and still nothing. Then I called again to see if they were done and the receptionist told me he needed my date of birth, so I gave that. Then I called again weeks later and the receptionist said they were done, so when I went in to pay he still needed a signature???? It was so fragmented, and my taxes were filled extremely late. Only promising factor is that they actually got completed but I pretty much had to beg. Not professional, no customer service, overall never again.
