I don't think one of the other reviews on this page is accurate because this company never came out in-person to give a quote - it was actually way more convenient than that. They quoted based on a simple online questionnaire. Soon after, they called me and set up a time to come and get the job done. It was all so fast and easy. I couldn't be there the entire time, and they were fine with that - they finished after I left. They cleaned my gutters, roof, and carport. I was expecting to see some debris left on the ground after - but there was none (they cleaned up everything, leaving it spotless). My friend wasn't even home when they came to do his house - they just arrived, took care of the roof, and left. The only thing I would ask to improve is the online payment system - the people who came were great and I wanted to tip them, but was not around when they finished. I was able to contact the company and get a venmo handle. It would have been easier if I could send a tip to the company. But now you know! Have cash on hand or get the venmo handle when they arrive.

I reached out to the cleaning service to hire them for a deep cleaning. I showed the cleaners exactly what I needed done emphasizing deep cleaning, baseboards etc. I decluttered the entire house before their arrival and even laundered all the bedding to optimize their time here. I did more cleaning pre-cleaning than the actual cleaners did. The ladies that arrived were very pleasant but unfortunately the three of them could not communicate with each other to properly work effectively. One was mopping before the other swept and so forth. It was chaos. I was in the other room working and figured it would all come together in the end. Sad to report it did not. This cleaning wasn't even thorough enough for a regular cleaning much less a deep cleaning. Baseboards and crown moulding were untouched...they didn't even have a step ladder to reach anything. Things on counters were not moved to dust, some rooms were not even swept. The wood floors were cleaned with the same liquids as the tile, using the same string mop. My wood floors have streaks all over them. I have since properly cleaned my wood floors with a steam mop. They acted like I was crazy when I asked if they were going to hang up the fresh shower curtains...we don't do that. They attempted to clean some light fixtures and started to remove the glass. Not supposed to do that. A few nights later while my son was using the bathroom we heard glass shattering. Ran in to find one of the "cleaned" light covers shattered on the ground. Thankfully it did not injure my son. All of my window sills, ledges and jams were untouched. Bedroom lights not even dusted same for art on the walls etc. The best part is they charged my credit card $340 for this. It was originally supposed to be $255. As soon as I left and saw that so many things were not cleaned or even touched I called the owners who did not answer my call. I did receive an email and I forwarded photos. I was sure they would immediately refund my money once they saw the photos but instead said they would ask the lead cleaner what happened and said they could come back again to clean. Why would I want someone who didn't clean in the first place to come back to my house? I am not a person who likes to waste time and I needed the house deep cleaned that day for a specific reason and then I have to go back and clean it myself and then get charged $340. I reached back out to the owner a few days later and basically his responses was we had a scheduling issue so we sent you three people instead of two people and they were there for three hours so we charge accordingly. How are you going to charge somebody almost $100 more than you originally agreed upon and then on top of that the customer showed you proof that the cleaning was horrible and you're going to have that attitude you're not gonna try to make things better. I am very sorry that I contacted this company I am not sure how they're still in business if this is their common business practice to bait and switch the customer and then they sent somebody over who doesn't do a good job. Stay away from this company unless you'd like to pay people money to clean your house then have to clean it yourself!!

We pay for five hours of cleaning, and if the team is done in less time, they look for things to do or organize. Twice we've come home to find the clean laundry in the laundry basket folded and sorted. We pay for five man hours each cleaning, and they give us five hours of work. They focus on zones each cleaning, so after four cleanings, our house has gotten a deep clean. Very attentive, and management spot checks teams, so there is always the same level of service. Very consistent, they require no follow-ups, and if we ask for them to hit particular areas, they do that in addition to the regular cleaning without charge. My wife and I are both Marines, so we know what it means to deep clean an area so it's inspection-ready. Our house is always inspection-ready. During the initial interview I said our focus was keeping the kids' areas (bedrooms, bathrooms, playroom) clean and sanitary, so they hit those areas extra hard. The house is now cleaner than when we first began our lease, so we're confident clearing the house when we move will be a breeze. I recommend them by name to everyone I know. I actively push people their way. If I could pick the entire office and team up and carry them with me on our next move, I would. Can't say anything other than they have been the perfect fit for what we needed.
