Came in for a ceramic tint and Josh was super enthusiastic, responsive and helpful through the whole process. Gave me two options and told me which one he recommends that wouldn't be too dark and provided pictures of each one on other cars, however was completely open to whatever I preferred if I didn't go with his recommendation. Install was completed under his given timeframe(basically finished exactly when he said he'd be done) and he made sure to walk me through the after-care process and what I should expect to happen as I haven't had to take care of tints before. For the post-install, he does provide a lot of after-care support for questions via text/calls which is great plus as texting makes it a ton easier for me to formulate any concerns that popped up. Otherwise, prices are semi competitive, definitely not the most expensive, and not the cheapest. But with the brand and type of tints he uses I think it's more than fair as they are on the higher end. With that said, again, have to bring up the after-care support since that is what separates the tinters nowadays. There's a lot of tinters out there that leave you on your own if there's issues with the install and make it a pain in the ass to get it fixed, although their names are pretty much out there if you do a bit of research. My tint has gotten a chance to properly cure now and I have no complaints, the job was amazing I'm happy I went with his recommendation. read more

He responded to my questions at a reasonable time, sometimes quicker than expected too. He answered all of my questions, even if it was ridiculous questions lol.
