I'm not sure what has happened to this place, but it has gone downhill very rapidly. It used to be spotless & affordable. Now it stinks like mildew & the prices ... holy crap!! The dryers are $2.75 for 40 minutes! And nothing is dry. If I could fit a set in my shed, I'd just buy my own washer/dryer! I live in a travel trailer so no room in it for one. read more

I took in two big loads of laundry. They said it was 50 pounds which didn't seem right to me. It cost $126 for same day and when I got it back and unwrapped everything two of my white shirts had huge brown stains through that then I could not get out. read more

Thought everything was going good - I had a huge haul, as I was washing my entire wardrobe that had been in storage for a year or two. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I decided to run another errand while things were in the dryers, and I came back, and they had finished everything and bagged up what they could with the few bags I had left behind. They even helped me load it into my truck. The lady remarked several times how I had 'such nice things', and I guess I should have paid more attention at that. once I got it all unloaded at home, I discovered a few things were missing, including a brand new pair of vibram 10 toes. really bummed about that. never again will I trust someone to help me. This could just be a Grants Pass thing, as I also has several washers worth of laundry stolen from another place and they did nothing to help me. read more

Dirty. Terrible service from blond. She seemed super methed out. Wanted me to bring my clothes in b4 machines I needed were available. B4 she would allow me to buy quarters. I explained I needed to sit in car with dog. And wasn't leaving my stuff inside unattended. She called me a liar. And asked other customers if they thought I was lying. Ganging up on me. At which point I took my 40$ in laundry to Sunshine. Which was 100% cleaner and friendlier. With cheaper and better machines. I wasn't going to leave my dog in car. And could not leave windows cracked because alley was full of people doing/selling drugs 3 ft from the building. Hard pass. read more

Don't do your laundry here if you value your health, because the management certainly doesn't care about you or its customers. They allow people to hang out inside with no mask, just loitering and taking up space in the very narrow aisles, no masks at all. read more

This is a great well run facility. I just use the cleaning portion of the business but employees are well trained and Johnny on the spot when one comes in. The business caters to all without losing the nice, clean and organized look that means "well run" business. I'm glad to be a customer and supporter! my family (which is a large one) all have used this laundry place for years. We've never had a complaint about them until about two years ago when we took one of my partners MLB vintage jerseys in to get cleaned. when we went to pick up the Jersey and we Did have our slip in hand they informed us they were unable to locate it!! what the !#$@!!! we were very upset especially with the Jersey being not only a throwback but a limited one at that! we eventually got over it due to not being comfortable with any of the other cleaners ariund town. Let me say that they Never once offered to look into possibly a emplo lost or took it or offered to even attempt to pay for it! so we eventually went back and it went okay for awhile the we took our comforter inn to be cleaned. when I dropped it off I informed them I was extremely nervous for this was one of the last things my mom had given me before her passing in November of 2022. well when I went to pick it up low and behold it was missing!!!!! the lady who was helping me began to get defensive and loud when I asked for the owners info. when I finally talked to him he said "it says it's here but unfortunately we can't find it. you had to have picked it up?! " I gave him y slip and showed him I didn't pick it up because I haven't paid yet And I wouldn't be her if I had it!! he literally said I should go check again and he didn't know why else to tell me?!! Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice Shame on you and your morals ! Never again will we use this place or suggest it as well. shame on this place and All Who work/support it! read more

This is a very nice laundromat only one machine wasn't working while I was there it's very clean and the staff seem to take care of it real well. The Wi-Fi is very decent I was able to watch YouTube while doing my laundry if you have to go to a laundromat this would be a good place to go. read more

I am very displeased with the Employees at this laundry mat at this time! I come here often to do my laundry and there is often time a lot of people hanging out or walking through the Parking lot.. however this evening as my family I was doing laundry a gentleman said he set a bag of groceries down on the ground in front of our vehicle and someone I guess stole the bag.. another patron accused my family and I of stealing the bag of groceries. When in fact we were inside the laundry mat starting our laundry. I feel as though when the employee asked if we picked up the guys groceries she asked in an accusatory tone.. which i do not appreciate what so ever! We told her that we did not take the groceries and if she would like she could come and check our vehicle.. and so as wildfire travels so does the word of mouth through this laundry mat, so now all of the patrons and employees are staring at us and making us feel like we have just robbed the pope and we have done absolutely nothing wrong! I will not be bringing my business back to this laundry mat and will be letting everyone I know what happened and I'm sure they will support me in not bringing their business there either! I wish that I could give half a star or less, but alas, I cannot. Awful place... The owners are rude- very rude. The employees are just as bad. I realize that they do wash and fold service, and therefore need to utilize the washers and dryers. That said, the owner, ducks fan, feels the need to cut in front of customers using each and every piece of equipment he needs, not in the least bit concerned with if a paying customer already in the laundromat who needs to use it. Then the clothes are left in the machine for hours and no one can use it. Very thoughtless. No communication. Not a smile or hello amongst the Motley crew. The equipment is old and out dated and hardly repaired or updated. It takes $1.50 - $2.00 to dry a load. Washers range in price from $3.00 - $5.50. Seriously, don't go here. I took my wedding dress to Rogue Cleaners a few days before my wedding to have it steamed so it would be ready for the big day. I was a bit anxious about handing over my dress in case anything would happen, but from the moment I called and spoke with them I felt comfortable. They explained how they would steam the dress in the store and how they would hang it, etc., and also how I should best transport it to ensure it stayed wrinkle free. I am new to Grants pass and I find that I am always looking to see reviews on the places I plan to go and I am impressed and surprised that not too many people have taken the time to comment on this laundromat. The place is clean and functional with not more than 2 machines broken down. I think the attendant is really sweet. She is there during business hours because of the fluff and fold service they offer and is very helpful. read more

Nice people behind the desk very helpful, it does get a little warm on summer days but they do have fans oscillating to help. If you forget soap it is available for purchase as are dryer sheets. read more

The agreement here is very friendly. Everytime I go in she is busy cleaning the store. The machines are all nice and new. I love the oversized machines. There are a couple you could wash an entire king size bed set in including the comforter. There is also a dryer large enough to hold it all. The dryers work very well and fast. It takes me about 30 minutes to dry my large loads. read more

I had a very frustrating experience at Rogue Cleaners. I took a quilted bedspread and shams in to be dry cleaned because they had some stains from our daughter's dog drooling on them. I pointed out the stains, and the staff person made a note. When I went to pick them up, the stains had not been dealt with, and the items had been washed and pressed instead of dry cleaned. The manager wasn't available, but I was assured that I would be called about the matter. When I hadn't heard anything after three days, I called and asked to talk to the manager, who was again not available. But the young man I spoke to told me the stains had been removed. So I went to pick up my items and was pleased to find that the stains had indeed been removed, though for some reason one of the fabrics in the shams had completely changed color, from green to a goldish tan. No explanation offered for that, but at this point I just wanted to finally get my stuff and be done with it. The customer service at Rogue Cleaners is really poor. No one smiles, the manager doesn't seem to ever be there and apparently isn't interested in communicating with customers. No apologies are offered for mistakes. I will not do business there again. read more

I don't quite understand the 5 Star rating, maybe for the dry cleaning section, but not for the laundry side. My wife and I have our RV in the area, and needed to do some laundry. Seeing the 5 Star rating on Yelp, we decided to give it a try, a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! A comment said "the machines are nice and new"; not hardly, several had "Our of Order" signs, and as we opened them, many had an abundance of pet hair, and just plain filthy. We finally settled on 3 of the extra large for our 4 loads of wash. Even with these, we had to use several Clorox wipes to clean them, then we sprayed with Lysol. The washers are supposed to have an extractor cycle, I could still ring water out of many of the clothes, as we took them out of the washers. I expect to pay extra for the extra large machines (2 or 3 load capacity), but $4.00 is a bit high. The dryers were more reasonable, and large, $.25 for 6 minutes. But we soon found they didn't dry any better than the washers 'extracted'. There was a grey-haired 'lady', working on the laundry side, doing drop-off 'fluff and fold' service, (apparently they charge by the pound); don't bother asking her a question, she has only one type of answer, RUDE! But she must be very busy, because the floors were filthy! One last note, if you plan to visit in the afternoon, be prepared to encounter the Walking Dead, that area appears to attract tweakers. All in all, a sad experience; this place appears to be nice and does have potential, but it fell short today. As for us, if we had known the area, better, we would have loaded everything back into the truck and gone somewhere else....and we will!! read more
