We had confirmed our appointment on two separate calls. We were able to find another contractor that showed up on time and did a great job. Also the new contractor was about $300 cheaper. I have used them twice. The first time was random - OFS was the first company to answer the phone and say they could come remove and chip several small trees I had cut down in my back yard. They showed up on time, did the work competently and quickly, and did a great job cleaning up. The second time was a much larger job - taking down two trees (one an 80 ft tall dying cedar tree) and extensively trimming two others. Jose came out and discussed the job, and gave us a number of options on doing the work. The job cost was significantly less than we expected based on other tree jobs we were aware of. Again, Jose and his crew showed up on time and worked closely with us to ensure everything we wanted to get done got done.
