I paid them $21,884.63 (to get them started) and they partially built a deck skeleton. The skeleton had to be taken down due to the following safety issues... 1) interior screws were used and already rotting 2) posts were placed only 10 inches into the ground and were wiggled free and pulled out by hand!! 3) no hangers, lag screws or joist tape was even used in the partial construction He also broke the auger for my Kubota tractor and hasn't replaced that either. Mathew has a criminal record that I unfortunately did not find out until I was scammed by him. Simply Google his name (followed by Oil City or Franklin) and you will be blown away by the devious things he has done. I do not have a deck and I am out of $22,000.
