We stopped by their showroom about three to four times to pick out the tile, countertop, cabinets, etc. and each time Tim was very accommodating and patient. He assisted but was not overbearing at all in terms of helping us choose what would look best and gave some great tips and points. Our master bathroom was more than just a facelift, we removed a closet, extended the bathroom, fixed a leak, moved some plumbing and electrical, etc. Each crew member we interacted with was extremely professional, did the work quickly and professionally, and Sam the foreman was helpful in answering all of our questions. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the end product. Tim and his entire team are very patient, communicative, and we will likely use EKB again when we get our other bathrooms and kitchen redone.

You can tell immediately that these are high-grade materials; the grain is beautiful, and the finish is smooth and durable. The cuts are precise, and the seams are virtually invisible. It's clear they took great care in the templating process to ensure a perfect fit against our walls. Buyer Beware. We hired Cabinet Wholesalers for a bathroom…read moreremodel that resulted in serious defects, including plumbing leaks, water damage, mold, tile failure, and cracked shower walls. Independent licensed professionals determined the shower installation failed systemically and had to be fully demolished and rebuilt. While partial reimbursement was provided for initial mold remediation and limited tile repair, Cabinet Wholesalers ultimately refused to honor the warranty and pay the full cost of correction unless we agreed to use their crew to perform the repairs--a condition that was not stated anywhere in the contract, despite the extensive prior failures. As a result, we were forced to file a complaint with the CSLB and pursue a contractor bond claim. This was an extremely stressful and costly experience. Proceed with caution.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Rok Hardware. Our home started as a very basic builder-grade kitchen, and they completely transformed it into our dream kitchen. We envisioned a modern white oak, European frameless look with black edge pulls and a fullheight backsplash, and they executed it flawlessly. Every time someone walks into our home, the kitchen is the first thing they compliment. Tim and Jeremy were incredibly patient throughout the design process. We changed ideas, asked a million questions, and they never made us feel rushed. They helped us fine-tune every detail until it was exactly what we wanted. The installation team, James, Robert, and Joseph did an amazing job. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail really show. Everything lines up beautifully, the appliances work like a charm, and the finished product looks like something out of a design magazine. A huge thank you to Sean, the owner, and James the lead Contractor, who was fantastic to work with from start to finish. They were responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and priced everything reasonably compared to other quotes we received, for the look we wanted to achieve. We always felt like they genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the final result. The guys at Rok do ROCK! (Ok, probably expected a cheesy comments, but it's so true). I called Rok toward the end of the day last Friday, after my contractor told me the cabinet pulls I had supplied him had the wrong overlay; he had some other work to do, but really needed the right pulls. Rok took my order, shipped it out that same day and it was delivered two days later! Rok's prices are great and they are really good listeners, when you need to call in an order (and did I need that?!). Good guys. I needed to go looking for a different vendor for Knape and Vogt desktop fasteners after the giant Internet vendor of everything lost my shipment. Discovered that ROK was a supplier thru two other large internet sellers, and then found ROK's home site, as I prefer to order close to the source, and from a vendor that specializes. I ordered directly from ROK at a very substantial savings over the other sites, including the giant vendor of everything. Shipping was very fair and reasonable, unlike some other Internet sellers that offered low prices, but artificially high shipping cost. Would definitely shop again. read more

I found Rok Hardware via Google search - looking for soft close hinges to replace old ones. I ordered the wrong ones then called and talked to Alexander - delightful. I also sent photos to show what we needed. He took great care of us, sent me links. I returned the wrong ones and he refunded me the shipping. I ordered new ones and they are perfect. These guys are awesome. They had exactly what I wanted and at a price that was just a fraction of what I would have had to pay at Home Cheapo. The switch plates that I wanted were simply not available from the Depot, either in-store or on-line. They had something sort of like what I was looking for, but at a price that I thought was exorbitant. While tooling around on Google, I came across Rok Hardware. They had exactly what I wanted. I love my kitchen. Sean and Toni really helped in putting my kitchen together. I went to a lot of places but were not able to find the look we wanted.We made total design change in the layout, which Toni put together in 3 D drawings so we could visualize. We picked our cabinets with glass doors. This was hard to get with the color we wanted, But Sean made it possible. They also has a great selection on the hardware. We purchased our kitchen hardware and tile from here. The tile had just been installed in the showroom kitchen at Rok and it was just what we were looking for. The variation of colors in the tile gave the kitchen a great look against the white cabinets, black matte hardware and grey counter top. It's great working with these people...very helpful and responsive. My only "beef" is with probably most all drawer-pull sellers is that the hardware is 1) only sold with short screws which are far too short to use in drawers and 2) the screws are expensive metric ones which are outrageous pricing at local hardware stores and 3) NONE of this is mentioned in the description resulting in mass delays in finding it all out after the fact and trying to solve the problems! I really wanted to like Bodega Style. I was actually warned to avoid them and referred somewhere…read moreelse, but decided to give them a chance anyway. At first, everything seemed great. They were one of the few places I found that carried prefabricated quartz countertops within my budget. That's where the positive experience ended though. The countertops that came in looked like a watered down version of the floor sample, much more plain and washed out. I understand these are manufactured items and won't be identical, but they should still be in the same range as what is displayed. We even reordered with a different style, thinking that might solve the issue, but the second set had the same problem. After two failed attempts, I tried to cancel the order altogether. The items never left the facility, but Bodega would not allow a return. My contractor even tried to convert the order into store credit to use for another client, and that request was also refused. Customer service only added to the frustration. I came in right at opening one day because I needed to get in and out quickly before work. Despite that, I was passed over while staff handled a large tile delivery, which could have easily been done before opening or at a less busy time. I understand waiting my turn, but this felt poorly managed and inconsiderate, and it nearly made me late. Overall, this was a disappointing experience on multiple levels. Between the product issues, lack of flexibility, and poor service, I would not recommend coming here.

I just walked out of the showroom and I am on Cloud Nine. SO relieved the search is over. I spent over an hour, looking up and down aisles and doubling back to look again and asking a bazillion questions. Multiple times an employee gently asked if I needed help and gladly stayed to answer my questions or moved on if not. Omar was trapped behind a workstation so couldn't escape me, but he answered every question with a smile, and Josh was beyond helpful with walking back n forth to ascertain the drawer pull sizes I wanted and giving me the estimate. To sum it up, Builders Surplus has an amazing number of choices on display (both bath and kitchen), reasonable pricing, and a very a personable and professional sales staff. Length was 50" wide, quartz. They must have set it down incorrectly upon attaching, since state they did not notice crack at shop prior. The worst thing is, the owner Costa insults you by pointing blame at you. He is claiming somebody else must have been in our house and he is not taking responsibility. How insulting. I am a fair Christian woman whom was only asking Costa and Lina to do the right thing. They've had a successful life and should not hesitate to stand behind their customers. I will change review if this is resolved and replaced.

My first…read morecontact was over the phone with Lina and let me just say she was very professional and on her game. She answered all my questions before I even asked them! An appointment was quickly made and within two days Costa showed up at my house and gave me an estimate and had all his measurement he needed. We scheduled the install after I paid them a visit at their shop to see how they worked. The two were so amazing to work with and gave me more choices than I thought ever existed. Once the slabs arrived, they met me at the shop and took the time (a lot of time) to figure out the best possible layout for my kitchen to look amazing. I was happy at the fact that they did not rush me despite my many changes. The end result was more beautiful than I imagined. If you want great service, professional fabrication, and an affordable price, then this is the place for you. I am definitely returning here to have two of my bathroom vanities done.
