I had a liquid gold turmeric latte, the vegan schnitzel parmigiana (made with Bio-Cheese), and a vegan cookie for dessert. My boyfriend had the house-made vegetable and barley broth with garlic toast. Both of our mains were on the "lunch specials" menu and not on the regular menu, so I'm not sure how often you can actually order them, but both were DELICIOUS. My parma was easily the best vegan parma I've ever had (much better than the one at the Cornish Arms in Melbourne), and my boyfriend's barley and veggie soup was really hearty and tasty as well. Price-wise, it did seem a little on the expensive side, but given this is a country town and ingredients like Bio-cheese are not readily available, I can understand the pricing. Service was super-friendly even though the place was packed for the autumn festival. Highly recommend if you're in Bright and looking for a great place for breakfast, brunch, or lunch.
