She had been back n England for 3 weeks before the room was partly done so we had to improvise for her stay and she never saw the 5000 euro room we looked forward for her to stay in. The work men visited 3 times and forgot items required or brought the wrong item. We are still waiting for a chair as they had ordered the wrong one. Don't go there

In all honesty, I can't say I was a regular at Muji as no frills and minimalism is not exactly my…read morestyle. I like cute stationaries and things that spell KAWAII, so everything at MUJI just feel so boring to me. However, I guess taste changes and as I get older (mature?) I seem to appreciate more this simple, understated style with natural colors and environmental friendly philosophy. MUJI may mean no brand, but don't think that means cheap. Their goods are rather pricey, though arguably of better material and workmanship. Many of their clothes, made of linen and cotton and in pastel and earth tones, gives a very soft, natural look, but can easily look wrinkled and dull on one person unless you know how to wear them. If you like their stuff, it's worth checking to see what they have on sale, as the saving can be substantial. This Muji is relatively small, with the ground level for clothes and a basement for home goods.

Contactei o apoio ao cliente para exercer o meu direito à devolução e não obtive qualquer resposta, mesmo tendo aguardado várias semanas. Foi uma experiência de compra muito negativa, que demonstra falta de rigor e de respeito pelos consumidores. Não recomendo! Misleading product description and non-existent customer service. I purchased 3 stainless steel mugs from the Pollux website. The product description clearly stated that they were compatible with induction cooktops, but this is simply not true. The mugs do not work on induction at all. I contacted customer service to exercise my right to return the products, but despite waiting several weeks, I have received no response whatsoever. This was a very disappointing shopping experience that shows a lack of accuracy and respect for customers. I do not recommend this company!
