As I was walking through the park I stumbled upon this food truck. It's tricky to know what to expect from food trucks. Sometimes they're super expensive and sometimes the portions are not enough. The kids had just finishing swimming at Cabezon park community center and were hungry so we gave it a go. Food trucks move around but as for now, this one is showing up on Wednesday evening at Cabezon park in Rio Rancho. We ordered the way loaded 505 fries, chicken sandwich and BYOB burger. It did not disappoint! Reasonable prices and excellent portions! The homemade chips were sooo good! It was nice to hang out at the park and have an unexpected picnic dinner. Found the food truck at Summer Fest and was pleasantly surprised. Tried the 505 fries, cheese burger, and frito pie. All were well prepared even under the stress of a really long line. Great job, truck crew! I will be looking for your truck at future events. read more
