As someone who doesn't smoke regularly, I was clueless as to what to get but the person working, Kat, was incredibly helpful and informative. She made sure that I left with a device and flavor combo that I liked. I probably would've left the shop and tried other shops looking for geek bars but Kat was so informative, and she gave me a few choices of what she thought I'd like and I ended up picking one and was able to try it in store as well before leaving. The price was amazing as well, on par/cheaper than most smokeshops but the customer service I got convinced me to make the drive and shop here in the future compared to other smokeshops. I especially like the North ones, since you can play games on them and connect it to your phone via bluetooth. You can always check for authenticity of the devices by QR code.
