He was very young to have been in business for 2 years. I must say that our conversation provided us with an entrepreneur that was very professional, understanding, honest and direct, telling us that there were services that we were looking for that he did not provide, giving us good reasons why. His prices for our service was excellent so we hired him to take care of us for the year. We arranged with him to do an initial service consisting of a spring cleanup, detaching, and a mowing. The work they did on that initial service call went above and beyond what we expected which made us happy that we hired him for the season. After mentioning my concerns, I was told it was still recovering from the red thread and that I wasn't watering enough. The houses on both side of me looked amazing and used a different service. So, after not having my voice heard I made the switch in August. Fast forward to yesterday....I assumed my lawn was fried as they said so I went to clean out the dead grass in order to properly add seed only to find my yard is infested with grubs. You know, the grubs that were supposed to be killed with the treatment I've paid for over the last few years with Mission Green. After losing half my lawn and being completely devastated at the loss of money with nothing to show, I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt to fix it and standby their word. Only the joke was on me. They are only willing to treat and seed the areas if I rejoin them for the remainder of the year. So, continue to pay for a service that is not done properly or with the quality (proper products) they should be using. I wish I could say I was surprised by their lack of accountability but I'm not. If you want to throw your money away, cause more work for the DPW guys, Mission Green is the right choice. If you want a great looking lawn and a company who stands by their work, it's not them.
