I is huge, so it is a sport center for people have time to spend in. Parking and entering in the sport center can be sometimes even 15 minutes. It is a city. But from pilates to zumba, u can really do everything. I joined and enjoyed it for 4 years, and I have just nice things to say about it. Just a thing is to improve: create some free dancing classes. In europe dance is now part of the fitness center, here still something separated.

Li ho chiamati per un rimborso che mi è stato negato con la promessa che quando sarei tornata, avrei potuto iniziare di nuovo. Li richiamo e sono pronta per riprendere e mi viene detto che il mio "voucher" è scaduto. Non ho mai ricevuto alcuna comunicazione scritta, nemmeno al momento dell'adesione, nessuna tessera di accesso, niente. Solo una ricevuta che ovviamente non prevede tale clausola di scadenza. Quello che mi viene offerto è uno sconto di € 70, invece di rimborsarmi € 400 o farmi accedere allo stesso corso a cui mi ero iscritto in precedenza.

Cute space. Employees were very nice. A few issues though - the place is rather small (not unusual…read morefor Rome), thus even three other people in the gym with you can feel incredibly crowded. Another issue I faced in winter - there are four separate heaters on in the weight room (one by the smith machine, another by the leg press, one by the treadmill to the furthest right, and one by the lat machine). I couldn't workout for longer than 40 minutes as I felt like my body was overheating because of this. However given that this gym IS in a great location in Navona and helped me burn many a carb, I love this place for that alone.
