I felt like I was at a woke college campus playhouse where the players were alphabet soup people parading around. Not sure if I can go see another play again if they are going to be doing this to all the plays. The only way I could honestly rate this is if there were categories to rate separately so I was restricted to giving it a 1-star rating. Again, the acting and music was great, and it was entertaining but I walked out of there wondering what the hell did I just witness? I just don't understand how less than 1% of the population has to ruin everything for the rest of the 99%.

The sound carried well for our concert and the seats were okay. Not the most comfortable but I understand it is an older theatre. I only wish we had more room for dancing during the show, as it was a tight squeeze. The theatre has many striking features that give it a grand feeling. Apparently the discounted tickets were for the lawn view. The main seating area was on the lower level. We rented some lawn chairs for $10 each and chilled. We saw people bringing their own chairs. Thank goodness the weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the concert. There were a few vendors to get food and drinks. The crowd was cool and there was no drama coming in or out the venue. The bathrooms were clean and there was staff to provide ongoing maintenance. There was plenty of parking and I love that they have tons of staff directing traffic so it was very organized. I was worried about our experience since I read so many negative reviews. However, we had a great time with no issues and would attend another event at this venue.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my visit, I was unaware that the facility is not ADA compliant. The facility did not provide wheelchair accessibile seating, no ramps inside to ensure the safety of disabled people. If it we're not for a few men and ushers that stepped in to help me handle my family member who was wheelchair bound, then my attempt to handle the wheelchair down toward the seating close to the stage would have resulted in a very horrific accident. Please consider your disabled fans, they too deserve the right to enjoy shows in a safe and friendly ADA complaint facility. No person should feel unsafe or feel that they are putting someone out of their way to receive assistance in seating arrangements just to enjoy a show. Thank you, Elaine

I visited this theater on Memorial day, and there were only 4 people in the audience. I hope more local Romans start patronizing this theater so it can stay in business for a long time. With tickets and snacks my bill was $177. Not even ten minutes into the movie, the "manager" forced two groups of young kids out of the theater - four of my group and another group, including a little girl celebrating her birthday. The reason? Grown-ass adults complaining that the children were talking and laughing too loudly and too much. Now just to be clear, these weren't parents with children. These were fully grown adults, throwing a hissy fit that children were acting like children IN A CHILDREN'S MOVIE. After they complained once of the children being children, and the manager only told them to quiet down, these same immature adults lied and told the manager the kids were throwing food. And thus, the manager threw out two groups of children based on lies by ADULTS. In the rush and confusion of handling a large group of children and trying to seat them, my husband dropped some of the tickets and we lost them. The manager refused to refund the tickets even though I had just charged $177 approximately ten minutes earlier. Not only did I have to drive a car full of crying children home, but in the rush of being thrown out to appease whining adults in a child's movie, two of my children left their Minecraft plush and swords behind. Your manager REFUSED to allow the kids back into the theater to retrieve their items. From my understanding, the other family called the police and the POLICE WERE REFUSED ENTRY to retrieve their items. So thank you, Oneida Movieplex, for ruining the evening for a group of children who had been looking forward to this for two weeks. I hope your "manager" slept well last night. And to the grown ass adults who complained and LIED about children, I will happily confront you to your face. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Next time, maybe be a damn adult.

Trying to find anyone was not an easy task as we noticed the picture was not centered on the screen and cut picture not to mention that in cinema 1 the place looked like a war went on in there seats were torn up and broken everywhere. I found someone and told them about picture and he said picture ratio would change when movie starts IT DID NOT. If you are wanting to go see a movie, then make this the last place you would go to and then you wont be disappointed like we were $30 in the hole with them.

It is an opulent space, and the presentations are top-notch with noteworthy speakers to introduce the films and high-quality musical accompaniment. The concession stand has delicious popcorn and regional drink options including Moxie. The fact that a theatre of this history and quality exists outside of a big city, and even moreso, the fact that it still regularly runs film is astounding and special.
