We've been coming to Amanda's Pet Salon for just under a year now, specifically to get our…read moredachshunds' nails clipped and filed. After having numerous bad experiences at other pet groomers and even our vet (clipped way too short with bleeding), we were lucky enough to find that Amanda's Pet Salon is just down the road from us. They are very friendly, and take the time to give our pups lots of comfort and reassurance before clipping their nails. Also, you cannot be the price. As of the time of writing this review, it is $16 before tip to have both of our pups nails trimmed and filed. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone here, and I already recommend them to all my close friends.

I had a little trouble finding them but there is a black and white sign out front that says dog grooming. I parked in the driveway and was greeted. My dog typically does not like anyone to cut her nails since she was a puppy. I let them know and they carried her back for her trimming. When she came out she seemed happy as a clam and her nails were perfect! I will be bringing my little dog back once every two weeks!

In fact, Movin' Grooms would still be servicing them if my mother had not moved out of state. Dana is very personable, easy to talk with, spends time with the clients and the animals, and I've seen the inside of her vehicle and watched her do some grooms...it is very clean. I can tell she truly cares about animals and people, and has southern hospitality.
