Locksmith was set to meet 10-11 today. Texted in the morning to ask if that was still good and he asked if 9-9:30 was ok. I said that's fine. At 9 he said he got a flat tire, which is ok I understand accidents happen. He said it would now be 10:30 back to original time. At 10:35 I asked if he was there and he then said 11 tire took longer than expected. Left to get a coffee. He arrived at 10:55, and we asked if he could wait just a bit as we were not there (I also don't live on the property and I let him know it was about 20 minutes away it is a vacant property we can't just wait there) he said he couldn't wait he had other jobs. As if we had not waited for an hour and a half for him at this point. He said it wasn't his fault he got a flat tire, but it wasn't mine either. I understand he had other jobs but we were also a job he had to do. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend them.
