Ron Alvey is the best value for your dollar on his photography and videography services. Don't bother looking anywhere else. You won't find a better eye then Ron's. Ron's background in photojournalism came in hand as he snapped images that truly captured the emotion and mood of the day. However, Ron's is equally strong at posed photography. The guys hate getting their photos taken and he made them look like they were all models in a magazine. The ladies had to shoot inside an old hall when it started to rain, and he made that place look like a beautiful parlor. We also had a fidgety flower girl and ring bearer, but he snapped at just the right time to capture their excitement and energy even during the group shots. I can't decide if I liked the posed shots better or the candids, because they are all so perfect! Ron showed me the photos on his camera as he was taking them, which I loved! Ron brought with him his professional equipment and lighting, which was great considering we had some rain and our church was dark. He climbed up on a bench and a bridge rail at the park to give us beautiful photos in Eden Park. I was most impressed that Ron sent me a link of all the raw photos the day after our wedding. I have never heard of a photographer being able to do that so quickly! I also appreciated that Ron drove in a snow storm to meet me for the first time because I live out-of-town and wouldn't have another opportunity to see him. He is fully dedicated to his clients.
