We purchased a home in need of extensive updating. Ron came out and spent several hours annotating every minor deficiency and issue within the home and garage. He went into basement and attics, onto the roof in the rain, he spared no effort to complete the task. He took several pictures and even provided knowledgeable links and solutions. He made himself available for questions and answers. Overall, we were completely satisfied with the performance and job that Ron did for us.
