My parents and myself and my brother have all had auto insurance through Greg Iott for years and…read moreyears and years (since the 80's). We have had minimal to no claims and have always paid on time. Recently my father, brother and myself had cause to contact Greg's office for differing reasons. All three of use ended up having issues dealing with the secretary, Michelle. She promised my dad and I (for different issues) she would call back and never did. She has been fairly difficult to deal with and doesn't seem all that knowledgeable on some things. We have been very good customers for a long, long time, and have very rarely needed help from our agent. Now, when we do need just a little bit of help, we are treated borderline rudely, don't get our calls returned, and in my case, actually changed my policy without double checking with me first. Since we never actually deal with Greg, I'm not sure how good he is, but Michelle is ruining his (good?) name and we are fed up and are going to change insurance companies. We just feel like they just don't really care to have our business by the way we have been treated. We may still stick with AF, just find a better agent.
