Ron just replaced my garage door on Thursday. My husband had been calling around for estimates and when he reached out to Ron, he responded right away. He gave us a quote and he did not increase the cost, which has happened to us too many times in the past. My husband stated he was very kind and professional and did an excellent job. I was able to meet him as well, the only downside is he only fixes garages, he did such an excellent job that I was hoping we could hire him for a few other jobs, such as replacing my front door, but he only does garage doors. I am working from home, which my husband made him aware that I could not be interrupted because I could be in meetings. He was so kind and quite that I had to go outside to meet him. I wish we could hire him for other jobs, he seemed to be a kind and honest man. read more

I always believe in hiring/ buying local. I attempted several times to contact and left messages without a call back. I wasn't in a rush but finally was able to reach them. I made an appointment for the following week. I waited a little while and had to call. I talked to his spouse who then notified him. He called back and arrived shorty after. He looked at my garage opener and asked me, "can I do this tomorrow.? There's only so much time in a day." Get an organizer! He used the old wires, told me that the deadbolt was junk.... no he didn't want to install it! Used and old bracket for the sensors also. I would recommend you use someone else. Maybe I caught him on a bad day. Telling me there's only so much time in a day 5 times. There's only so many good companies out there and your not one! read more
