I just want to spread to my networks of dog and cat owners in the Malmö area and beyond. DO NOT USE Ronja & Rocky for grooming. They have done a terrible job 3 times in a row on my dog one of which resulted in an eye infection due to unhygienic practices there. After an email conversation with the owner, I decided to give them another chance. They yet again did a terrible job, shaved big chunks of hair off and then didn't say anything about it when I picked him up. So, I had to be surprised when I discovered this on my own. I am not an unreasonable person. If you communicate and let me know you've done something unexpected, it's all good. However, the owner just defends her company, can't apologize and just doesn't have basic customer service skills. She even, after attacking my negative review on Facebook threatened to report me to the police! Please see for yourself. Spare yourself the time and frustration and just avoid this place! Truly terrible work and beyond unprofessional. read more
