We were impressed by Serge's level of knowledge, his professional attitude and detailed competitive estimate. Within six weeks, our 6' wide door was installed on May 5 by Rick and Kody who were courteous, professional, very competent and efficient. They also cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. Their work was impressive. Rick also replaced a strip of house siding on our garage we had damaged years before. It matches well and looks great. The garden patio door with internal blinds was well made but we were surprised that the screen door we had asked for was not present. When we advised Rick of this, he alerted Serge immediately and the screen door was ordered from KV Custom Windows & Doors right away. Unfortunately, KV Custom Windows & Doors delayed providing our screen door. Admin Assistant Lisa at Complete Windows & Doors contacted us frequently to keep us in the loop. The issue would not have been as important if the screen door was not the main ventilation source for our great room and the weather had not started to become very warm. On June 12 after more than five weeks of waiting, Lisa personally drove to KV in Vaughn from Barrie to pick up the screen door when it wasn't delivered to Complete Windows & Doors as promised. Her efforts on our behalf were beyond the call of duty. On June 13, the screen door finally was installed. Unfortunately the usual installers for Complete Windows & Doors, Rick and Kody, were not available so another installer attended whose work did not match that of our original installers. After we advised Lisa of this, she contacted KV and obtained another rubber seal and sent Rick and Kody to do the repair all within days. Rick also found and installed a small finishing plate for us for our original off-size dead bolt. That was a kind and unexpected act. We were very satisfied with Complete Windows & Doors and wish more companies had this attention to detail and were this dedicated to excellent customer service. Kudos to their staff, especially Rick, Kody and Lisa, for their excellent service. We give them 12 out of 10! With respect to KV Custom Windows & Doors, the door they made was of excellent quality; however, our experience showed that their service leaves much to be desired.
