Within two weeks of installation, the furnace is already not working properly and we've had to arrange for another service visit. While looking into the issue, I discovered that a used breaker had been installed in our panel instead of a new one, which was concerning. Communication was also an issue. My wife was not given clear or complete information during the process, which led to confusion and frustration. Overall, there were multiple breakdowns in communication and follow-through. Based on our experience, I would recommend asking detailed questions and confirming expectations in writing if you choose to work with this company.
