We are currently having our trash "picked up" by this company at work (ie thrown into the back of their pickup truck when they remember to swing by). We have been with them for about 4 months now and they have picked up our trash roughly 8 times, even though they are being paid to do it every week. The first time they stopped picking up was because they were sending the bills to the wrong address (and being that the bills go through our corporate office, we didn't know the address was wrong). Once that was fixed they just stopped showing up for about 3 weeks at a time. We have had to leave several messages each time, and are promised each time it would be taken care of that same day, but every time it strings out further and further. read more

We have always had the best service from Ron. Never missed a week, and he is willing to take everything. He costs the same as all the others, but never gave us a limit to how much he would take. He was willing to drive up our very long driveway and pick up at our door when all the other companies wanted us to hall it to the end of our road. read more
