Paul is the man you need to see. I needed roof racks for my new Hyundai iLoad that would clear my ridiculously low garage roof. Before speaking to Paul, I spoke to manufacturers and at least 5 other companies that specialise in fitting roof racks. No one else really cared and most said it wasn't possible to fit the heavy duty racks at the height I was requesting. Even the manufacturer said it wasn't possible. But Paul knows his roof racks and the system he setup for me came in at 7cm. I can't begin to tell you what a relief it is to now have roof racks that allow my vehicle to be parked in my garage. Not only was Paul professional, he's also really passionate about what he does and charges a very reasonable rate. And in this world that's a rare trait worthy of praise in my books. Failure to uphold return policy purchased a product which wound up incompatible with my roof racks despite a clear 14 day return policy on their website are attempting to add fees for returning the product ontop of paying for the freight back to them. wouldn't recommend using them read more

Don't believe what they say and don't expect them to take responsiblity when they're wrong. I purchased Rhino Roof Rack end caps from them. After receiving them I found they would not lock it. I informed Peter from Roof Rack World what he sent did not fit correctly, his response was "The caps are genuine and you will need to slot out the hole to make these caps work". I didn't think Rhino would make a product like that so I contact Rhino directly. Their support was amazing, Working with them we found out I'd received the wrong ones from Roof Rack World. I got the correct ones from Rhino and they fit and worked perfectly. Went back to Roof Rack World and informed them what they had sent me was incorrect and asked for a refund since they sent me the wrong parts. Peter from Roof Rack World's reply was "You can return the parts at your freight cost and I will refund the product cost only, otherwise keep them.". That pretty much sums up the attitude of Roof Rack World, low care factor, very poor support and make up stuff when they don't know what their talking about. read more

Just as an aside, the 2011 Choice Shonky reviews featured a Chinese car called a Chery which has roofracks that are "for cosmetic purposes only - do not use". So, if like me you are wondering at the merits - or commercial viability - of a shop dedicated entirely to roofracks, perhaps this is it. In order to be sure you have ones that are for more than 'cosmetic purposes' you need a degree of expertise in advice and fitting. I guess also, these days, we have an abundance of things we want to carry on car roofs - bicycles, surfboards, kayaks, camp gear. Our personal acquisition was for a kayak and a bicycle, and whilst the nuts and bolts of the racks are pretty meaningless to me, I was most impressed with the fitting service and the lesson in using and dismantling our new carrier - and with its potential to be used for other things in future if required. One word of warning - once the racks are fitted, be increasingly wary of carpark entrance heights .... read more

The store had excellent communications (email responses within 60 mins), staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful to my many requests which included an early finish to pick up the kids from school, and the quality of work was excellent.
