Our previous flooring plans had been scuppered (due to the choice of travertine tiles on an overly flexilbe floor) and our builders needed an alternative quickly! I had just 2 working days to get hold of some products before having to let our builders go! I placed a small order (just less than £100) over the phone with these guys yesterday afternoon (Thursday). They assured me I should get the flooring tiles by Monday at the latest. I needn't have worried they arrived this afternoon only 24h after the order had been placed! I appreciate this service is partially down to the delivery company and the fact that I only live about 100 miles from their warehouse probably helped.
