He personally does the work with his assistant and does not use large crews. His attention to detail is second to none. He will renail every board prior to installing the roof. He replaced boards as necessary. The job site was cleaned every night and he personally scoured our lawn and driveway for debris and nails everyday. I would absolutely recommend using Garcia Construction over a big roofing outlet because you get much better service, attention to detail, and the owner is on site everyday. Since he uses small crews, his overhead is smaller, saving us $4,000 over other local roofing contractors. And we got a far superior finished product, especially since he was replacing our roof that was installed 14 years ago by a shoddy company. I can't recommend him enough for his outstanding workmanship.
