They then began to have problems with other sub contractors and the job went on for several months. I found inconsistent numbers in their billing. I asked John why the totals were more than the addends and his reply was they do that to cover any mistake their estimator makes. The 3 carbon monoxide roof vents were damaged and on the contract to replace. They were only painted to look new and not replaced. I asked Ed Rollins why they were not replaced and he replied, we made a mistake and used that $350 on the gutter guards. PGRS started the job in April and didn't complete it until October. This was discussed prior to installation. Small leaves are stuck in the guards and large amounts of debris collecting in splash guard areas causing water to run over and splash on patios. They told me I need to keep my roof clean. I spent $900 so I would not need to clean roof or gutters. Would be better off with no guards! Very disappointed!

From the moment we stepped in, the staff was wonderful. A young lady greeted us and promptly retrieved a very kind and personable sales representative (Jordan Brown) to assist. Jordan made us feel like VIP. He was very informative about quality, style, and cost of the windows we were inquiring on. We were quoted (to replace each window - our framing has been inspected and will not need replacing): *$399 4000-Series DH All-Weld *$119 Solar Zone Elite (Energy Star Compliant) *$129 Installation (+ a one-time $350 for Admin, Site Set Up & Disposal Fee) For 12 windows, our total is $8,114. I have heard mixed reviews about Window World, both positive and not so much. I go by how I am treated (and pray on it). Some have said this is a fair-good price while a good friend said, "With all of us being in an economic pandemic, and it being the end of the year, you should keep shopping!" We have been quoted less from other companies and even offered specials (Buy 2 Windows, Get 2 Windows Free). However, the last thing I want to experience is "Buyers Remorse Syndrome" and do not want to fall into the embarrassing "We got what we paid for". We even went to the office and Nick the owner was kind enough to help us pick our color when we were nervous about picking the wrong color, even let us take some large samples home.
