Quite frankly I've only had this place due to them generously being available at our school, LUCOM. But from what I've had from them and other instances, their cookies and ice cream are stellar! The proper temperature of ice cream, enough to be creamy, not hard, no ice crystals, and start melting immediately in your hands when you start eating your ice cream sandwich. The cookies are soft and give when you bite them but not so soft they crumble.
