I called this currency exchange to inquire if they offered notary service. The woman who answered…read moreto phone replied very nastily...NO, we do not! I then asked her if she knew a currency exchange in the area that did, and she mumbled something that I couldn't hear. When I asked if she would repeat what she said she hung the phone up. I called back to ask her if she knew somewhere in the area where another currency exchange could help me and she acted as if I was bothering her. Someone told me to go to the UPS store which I did and got much more professional service. I will NEVER use this place again. I wonder if their employees realize that their customers are the ones responsible for them getting a salary...no customers, no salary. I sure won't be going back!

Rather than helping me when I asked what I could do, the two women behind the counter both seemed to tag-team eye rolls and attitude because I didn't understand how to resolve the issue myself. They then also "uh huh"-ed and "mmmhmmm"-ed as I agreed to pay for extra fees for on the spot plates and the extra charge to pay with my debit card (judging me like I was Mr. monopoly in their eyes). Now, I've never been to a business that didn't WANT people to pay extra....but I was just looking to get it done since I didn't want to have to drive the 10 miles back (or ever see them again) to Broadview. But once I started to get upset with their attitudes...of course, the plate machine was all of a sudden magically broken. I ended up just walking out without plates. That place should be a level of Dante's hell.
