My 5 yr old daughter has very sensitive sensory issues with her toes. She has never voluntarily let anyone touch them. Today I took her with me to get mine done. Within just a few minutes she said "me too!" .. I was hesitant. I didn't want Benny to go through the trouble of filling the tub with water and get everything set up and ready only for her to freak out and not let him touch her feet. I said "maybe not this time honey." She looked at me and said "Mom, I will be brave." Well to my surprise she lasted the entire pedicure. Every stage. I held back tears the entire time. I truly never thought I'd see this day. I'm so proud of her We will definitely be back. Benny was amazing with her. So patient and gentle. She was very sweet and so was the rest of the staff. I even brought my 2 yr old son back to get his haircut and Rachael cut it as well and did a great job! The experience was liking visiting family and of course their work left me knowing I will return soon. It was my first time getting a pedicure/manicure and I wish I had done this many years ago. I scheduled an appointment the day prior and they saw us on time. Marie was engaging and it's obvious they love their clientele! My husband was unimpressed and the tech nicked his skin pretty bad. I was also very unimpressed, I think my girl was new because she lacked confidence and gave the lamest massage I've had. She also didn't really groom my toes very well. But I'm writing this review because I removed my polish today after 1 month since the pedi and this is what my nails looked like. I've never had nails so severely damaged after a regular polish pedicure. Not really sure what happened but we'll not be returning and I would hate for someone else to have the same bad experience.

Then I was charged $20 for my big kid's naturally more extravagant requests and $15 for my youngest's nails. This would be my go to place if we lived closer. I like the vibes & decor here. The technician showed little attention to detail. When you have to go home and smooth out your heels, there's a problem. It was a polish change with some lotion at most. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, especially given the price. I've had better pedicures at walk-in discount salons. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service or a relaxing experience.

Only days later my "dip gel" polish cracked apart on a couple of nails. I came in to get it repaired and the tech and owner sure didn't seem happy about being held accountable. And of course blamed the cracking on me. The owner is another can of worms. His staff sadly seemed afraid of him. He comes off phony and seems to love money more than anything else.
