We just finished a 3 day pheasant hunt at Rooster Ridge and I have to say it was a trip of a lifetime. Our guide Travis was knowledgable, social, and catered to several of our requests. We shot our limit early each day and had time for a side trip to see the area in the afternoon. We were happy with our decision to stay at Rooster Ridge because it offered our medium sized group of fathers and sons a more private experience than would have been afforded at the main lodge. We lucked out with weather, the food was wonderful, and our cabin had an awesome view of the mighty Mo. What a fabulous setting and perfect operation for our long awaited trip. Rooster Ridge Lodge was founded as a great option for families or groups of buddies to come out to South Dakota and pheasant hunt. We offer an exclusive pheasant hunting lodge for small groups and can accomodate groups of up to 20 hunters.
